NEW YORK CITY – Thursday, September 23, 2021 - A Leg To Stand On - a charity known in the finance industry for its signature annual Rocktoberfest series held in New York, Chicago, and London - announced a partnership today with Brooklyn, NY based Declared Goods and FUGA Distribution to release music via Apple Music, Spotify, Bandcamp, and anywhere you stream your music. This comes only months after ALTSO announced they would be starting their own record label to raise awareness for its mission.

The charity - and their music label, A Leg To Stand On Music - raise funds to provide critical and life-changing mobility treatments to children in emerging market countries. This week also marked a milestone for the organization who celebrated their 20,000th child treated since programs began in 2002. By providing free, high-quality prosthetic limbs, orthotic braces, and appropriately fitted wheelchairs to ALTSO’s CoolKids, the charity offers not only mobility to each of its beneficiaries, but the ability to independently attend school each day, in areas where public transportation is absent or unaffordable, providing them access to education, self-esteem, and tools to live self-sufficiently.

ALTSO’s Rocktoberfest 2021 will be a global live-stream event on Thursday, October 21st at 7pm EST. Free registration is now open and those interested in joining are encouraged to register to ensure they stay up to date on event details, announcements, and special promotions offered by the charity and their Rocktoberfest partners. While event sponsorships are still available, many are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
